OpenClaw 2026.3.28 Upgrade Pitfall

Root Causes

1. tools.allow is a whitelist — only listed groups are available
2. profile "full" = empty — use "coding" instead
3. AGENTS.md cached old instructions — told bot "no exec in Discord"

Fix

Add all tool groups to the allowlist and use profile: "coding".
