Questions
Do you change my website?
No. We only read public pages, respect robots.txt and crawl slowly. The report is advice; you or your developer make the changes.
Will this improve my ranking?
We cannot promise rankings or traffic. The report shows what holds the site back and what to do about it; results depend on what you do with it and on your competitors.
Which websites can I analyse?
Your own site, a client's site (with their permission), or any public competitor page. One domain per report.
What if the analysis fails?
We retry once automatically. If it still fails, or we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you are refunded in full without asking.
Can I get a refund after delivery?
Within 7 days if the report has a substantive defect, for example it analysed the wrong site or most sections are empty. Write to [email protected]. Disagreeing with the advice is not a defect.
How is AI used?
Some of the advice is written by AI from the data we collect. It can be wrong. For regulated fields (medical, immigration, education) you or a professional must check compliance.
The terms in brief
- A one-off, automated report on one domain, based on public search results and pages at the time you order.
- No guarantee of rankings or traffic. We do not log in to or modify your site.
- You confirm you are allowed to have the site analysed.
- Third-party data (DataForSEO, search engines) and AI-written advice may contain errors.
- Automatic full refund if we fail or are late; a 7-day refund for substantive defects. Prices are in Canadian dollars. No sales tax is charged at present.
- Reports stay in your account for 12 months. Ask us to delete them at any time.
