Contact and inquiry forms: the name, email, phone, company details and message you voluntarily submit, used to respond to your inquiry.

Membership applications: the name, email, company, phone, WeChat ID, industry and needs description you submit when applying for membership, used to review your application, deliver member content, and follow up on your needs.

AI chat conversations: messages you send to our AI assistant are processed to generate replies. We use an anonymous visitor identifier (cookie: nx_vid) to keep conversation context across visits; it is not linked to your real identity.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referral sources).

We use collected information only to respond to and follow up on inquiries, deliver and improve our services, and keep the site secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language preference (Chinese/English).

nx_vid: anonymous visitor identifier enabling the AI assistant to remember conversation context.

na_member / na_m: member session cookies (set only after you log in as a member) identifying your membership for 30 days; cleared on logout.

Google Analytics cookies: aggregate visit statistics. You can decline analytics cookies via browser settings or extensions.

The site is served via Cloudflare (CDN and security); contact and member-login emails are delivered via Google (Gmail); AI conversations are processed by large-language-model services we operate. These providers may process related technical data under their own privacy policies.

When you submit a membership application, its contact details are relayed to our operations team via Telegram (a private staff group) for timely review and follow-up. Telegram may process related data under its own privacy policy as the transport channel.

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business purposes; anonymous chat memory can be deleted on request.

Member account information is retained for the duration of the membership; unsuccessful application details are deleted after 12 months. You may request account closure and deletion of associated personal information at any time.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
