Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referral sources).

We use collected information only to respond to and follow up on inquiries, deliver and improve our services, and keep the site secure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your language preference (Chinese/English).

The site is served via Cloudflare (CDN and security); contact emails are delivered via Google (Gmail); AI conversations are processed by large-language-model services we operate. These providers may process related technical data under their own privacy policies.

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business purposes; anonymous chat memory can be deleted on request.
