AI training that ends with
working systems, not just notes
Executive briefings, hands-on team workshops and implementation sprints — taught by the team that runs a 28-module AI operations hub in production. In-person across Metro Vancouver, remote anywhere, in English or Chinese.
Three levels, one ladder
Level 1 — Executive AI Strategy Workshop (half day): AI landscape without the hype, build-vs-buy decisions, governance and risk, and a draft AI roadmap for your business — every framework illustrated with systems we actually shipped. Level 2 — Team Hands-On Workshop (one day on-site or two half-days remote): your team works on YOUR real tasks with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini; everyone leaves with a personal prompt library, quality-check habits and data-privacy guardrails. Level 3 — AI Implementation Sprint (2–4 weeks): we audit one workflow, build a working automation pilot with your team watching, then hand over the keys. Every level includes 30 days of follow-up Q&A.
Why train with builders
Most AI training is delivered by presenters. Ours is delivered by the team that designs, ships and operates production AI systems for clinics, education businesses and agencies.

Frequently asked questions
Our team is non-technical. Is this for us?
Yes — Levels 1 and 2 assume zero coding. We teach prompt technique, tool selection, quality checking and privacy awareness on your everyday tasks. Technical depth only appears in the Implementation Sprint, and there our engineers do the building while your team learns alongside.
How is this different from an online course or a university program?
Two ways. First, everything is customized: we audit your workflows before the session and train on your actual work, not canned examples. Second, your instructors operate production AI systems — a 28-module clinic operations platform, agent fleets, content pipelines — so every recommendation comes from something we have shipped and maintain.
How does pricing work?
Fixed package pricing per format — no hourly billing, no surprise fees. Book a free consultation, tell us your team size and goals, and you get a written fixed-price proposal with scope and outcomes.
What happens after the training?
Every format includes 30 days of follow-up Q&A. If you want to go further, the Implementation Sprint turns training into a working automation — and our delivery team can take any pilot to production. Training is the on-ramp, not the destination.
Do you deliver in Chinese?
Yes. All formats are available in English, Mandarin, or bilingual delivery — including bilingual handouts and prompt libraries. We regularly serve Chinese-speaking business owners across Metro Vancouver.
