Site content — including blog posts, service descriptions, and AI assistant replies — is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Scope, deliverables, and warranties for specific projects are governed by a separately signed service agreement.

Content about government funding programs (e.g. IRAP, BDC) is compiled from public sources; programs change and approval decisions rest with the relevant agencies. We make no guarantee of funding outcomes.

Membership is free and granted after human review; we reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership. Member login credentials (email login links and codes) are for your personal use only.

Members-area content (including grant application guides, templates, and checklists) is for your own and your company’s internal use; forwarding, republishing, bulk downloading, or commercial redistribution requires our written permission.

Member content falls under the Informational Content section above: funding decisions rest with the relevant agencies and we make no guarantee of approval outcomes.

You agree not to interfere with site operation, including without limitation abusive scraping, injection attacks, or misuse of the chat assistant or forms (spam, automated bulk submissions).

Unless otherwise noted, site text, design, and brand marks belong to NexAgent AI Solutions. Our open-source projects are provided under the license terms in their respective repositories.
