This website is operated by NextAgent AI Solutions (Richmond, British Columbia, Canada) to present our AI automation consulting and implementation services. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms.

Site content — including blog posts, service descriptions, and AI assistant replies — is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Scope, deliverables, and warranties for specific projects are governed by a separately signed service agreement.

Content about government funding programs (e.g. IRAP, BDC) is compiled from public sources; programs change and approval decisions rest with the relevant agencies. We make no guarantee of funding outcomes.

Membership is free and granted after human review; we reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke membership. Member login credentials (email login links and codes) are for your personal use only.

Members-area content (including grant application guides, templates, and checklists) is for your own and your company’s internal use; forwarding, republishing, bulk downloading, or commercial redistribution requires our written permission.

Member content falls under the Informational Content section above: funding decisions rest with the relevant agencies and we make no guarantee of approval outcomes.

What you get: a one-off, automatically generated report on the search visibility of the one domain you submit when ordering, with optimisation advice, based on public search results and public web pages at the time of the order.

We do not promise any ranking or traffic result. The report is advice, not changes to your site: we do not log in to or modify your website, and we only read public pages (respecting robots.txt, at a limited crawl rate).

You confirm you are entitled to have the site analysed (your own site, a client’s site, or a competitor’s public pages), and you will not use the report for any unlawful purpose.

Sources include third-party SEO data (DataForSEO), public search engine results and AI-generated content. AI-generated advice can be wrong; compliance in regulated fields (medical, immigration, education) is for you or a professional to check, and the “generic” industry setting includes no compliance checks.

Refunds: if we cannot deliver within 24 hours or the analysis fails, you are refunded in full automatically. Within 7 days of delivery, if the report has a substantive defect (for example it analysed the wrong site, or most sections are empty), email [email protected] for a full refund. There is no refund because you disagree with the advice or the results fall short of your expectations.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. No sales tax is charged at present (NextAgent is not yet registered for GST/HST); once registered, applicable taxes will be added based on the billing address and these terms updated.

Data retention: reports stay in your account for 12 months and you may ask us to delete them at any time (including the data in the analysis system). Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers. Buying a report creates an account that can see only your own reports; it is not membership, and members-only content still requires an application and review.

You agree not to interfere with site operation, including without limitation abusive scraping, injection attacks, or misuse of the chat assistant or forms (spam, automated bulk submissions).

Unless otherwise noted, site text, design, and brand marks belong to NextAgent AI Solutions. Our open-source projects are provided under the license terms in their respective repositories.

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
