Your AI marketing specialist
Teach it your voice once, not every time. What goes into a one-page brand card, where to keep it in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and Round 1: build yours.
We Thrive BC · Cohort 2 · Session 2
Create once, publish everywhere — with free tools
A two-hour talk for women who run a business in BC, or are about to start one. Learn to make one good idea go further: teach a free AI tool your voice once, turn one idea into a Facebook post, an Instagram caption, an email, a Google Business Profile post and a video script, fit each platform, check it, and schedule it. The talk has five short follow-along rounds, using your own business: have ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini open in a browser tab (the free plan is fine), and one real thing you want to promote in the next two weeks. No coding, and nothing to buy.
Every prompt from the talk, ready to copy. Free, and yours to use any time.
Registration is through OCCA. Registered participants receive the Zoom link by email.

What the evening covers
Each part ends with a short round on your own business, in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (free plans are fine). Round 4 is a demo: you watch, and do it at home. Every prompt is in the practice guide, so there is nothing to copy off the screen.
Teach it your voice once, not every time. What goes into a one-page brand card, where to keep it in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and Round 1: build yours.
Stop writing more; make each good idea go further. A month of ideas in one prompt, how one idea becomes a Facebook post, an Instagram caption, an email, a Google Business Profile post and a video script, fix-it lines for drafts that sound like AI, the picture prompt and a 30-second phone video. Round 2: try it on one real idea.
Same message, different room. A platform cheat sheet, deciding what each channel may say before AI writes, and adapting rather than translating for two languages. Round 3: one piece, two platforms, two languages.
AI drafts, you approve, the calendar publishes. The check before anything goes out, Canada's email rules, one hour a week, free schedulers, and counting what brought customers. Round 4 is a demo: scheduling one post.
If time allows. What Google and AI assistants read about your business, and Round 5: ask an AI about your own business.

Not to follow along. Round 4 is a demo of scheduling a post with Meta Business Suite, and the practice guide shows how to create a Facebook business Page in about five minutes if you don't have one.
The session is delivered in English. You can write your prompts in any language, and the practice guide comes in English, Chinese and French.
No. September 29 was the big picture: what AI can do across a business. This evening is the outward-facing part, your marketing content, and it is hands-on. Each evening stands on its own, so if you missed the first, you are not behind.
